A Real Estate Broker since 2003 and a licensed General Contractor, she brings a rare combination of real estate expertise, construction knowledge, and an artist's eye to every client relationship. Susan's understanding of homes is hands-on and personal. She has built four homes and completely renovated another, participating in every stage of the process—from design to construction. That experience gives her a unique ability to recognize quality craftsmanship, envision possibilities, and help clients see beyond what a home is today to what it could become. She specializes in residential homes, small farms, and land, with a particular fondness for vintage and historic properties. Her experience as a dog trainer and her active involvement in canine sports also give her a special perspective when helping clients find homes that accommodate their four-legged family members and their unique lifestyles. Throughout her real estate career, Susan has earned numerous sales and Quality Service Awards and has served as Broker-in-Charge, managing a team of nine agents. Today, she is focused on what she loves most: working directly with buyers and sellers and providing the personalized service they deserve.
